Cook & Johnson Butchers offer an on site stress free abattoir. We believe animals will be less stressed here than at larger commercial abattoirs thus producing a somewhat better standard and quality of meat. Cook & Johnson Butchers employ an on site vet to overview all proceedings. We can offer portion controlled sizes to suit our clients wishes. Cook & Johnson Butchers use a full traceability system with confidence of knowing the origins of all our meat products.
